If you enjoy the flavors of earl grey tea, you will love this recipe. It's perfect on it's own, but I love to drink it with espresso, matcha, and hojicha.
This is an easy 48 hour cold brew tea with the delicious flavor profile.

Boil the water and if you're using a glass jar, rinse it under the hottest sink water for 20 seconds. This is to prevent the glass from breaking from the boiling water.

Add in the tea leaves/teabags, pour in the boiling water, and let it bloom for 3-5 minutes.

Mix in brown sugar into the seeping tea and allow it to come to a cool down completely before pouring in the milk.

Seal the container and shake it well. Put it in the fridge for two days for the best results.

Strain it through fine strainer or cheese cloth to catch all of the tea leaves.

Serve it hot or over ice and enjoy!
